ELMO Support Process

To access the Help Centre, follow these instructions below:

 

  1.  An email will be sent to your Administrator, and SME's (or other nominated contact) that will contain a link to set a password to the account. 

  2. Set the password and then you'll be able to log into the system.

The ELMO application support team is now managing all questions and technical enquires for Techniworks customers.  

 

This means any queries will need to be logged in the ELMO Help Centre.

 

When using the Help Centre, you'll receive a reference number and updates via email in regards to any issues you have logged. You'll also see all previously asked questions. In the near future, we will expand the Help Centre with useful documents and guides to help you with your Techniworks Products. 

 

If you require one of the support members to call you, you need to log a ticket with as much information as possible before support can call you to assist further. There is no direct line to contact the support team.
